REDUCE YOUR STRESS IN 5 MINUTES....

Sit in a chair with your back straight and your feet on the floor and hands relaxed on your knees, palms up.

Close your eyes.  Breathe in and out deeply and slowly from the diaphram.  

Concentrate on one specific part of your body at at time and consciously release all stress in that part of your body, beginning with the top of your head and moving down:
ears, eyes, nose, mouth, jaw, neck, shoulders, upper arms, lower arms, wrists, fingers.  Picture the stress just dripping off into a floor drain. 

Take your time.  Then your chest, back, stomach, abdomen, pelvis, buttocks, thighs, knees, shins, calves, ankles, feet and toes.  Let it drip into that floor drain.  Breathe in and out a few more times.  

Slowly open your eyes and continue on with your day, trying to be conscious of slow deep breathing.
